How is pricing calculated?: Pricing is based on the number of meter points monitored. A meter point is any individual data feed — smart meter, sub-meter or IoT sensor — connected to GridVolt.
Can I upgrade as my portfolio grows?: Yes. You can add meter points or upgrade plans at any time. Changes are prorated and take effect immediately.
Do you offer volume discounts?: Enterprise customers with large portfolios receive custom pricing based on total meter points, number of sites and deployment requirements.
What's included in onboarding?: All plans include guided onboarding with meter integration support. Command Center and Enterprise plans include a dedicated onboarding engineer.
