These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the GridVolt platform, operated by GridVolt Inc., incorporated in Delaware, USA. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform. 1. Service Description: GridVolt provides an AI-powered energy intelligence platform for monitoring consumption, forecasting demand, and optimizing energy spend across buildings and campuses. 2. Account Responsibilities: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. 3. Acceptable Use: You agree not to misuse the platform, attempt unauthorized access, or use the service for any unlawful purpose. 4. Data Ownership: You retain ownership of all energy data you upload to the platform. GridVolt processes this data solely to provide the contracted services. 5. Service Availability: We target 99.9% uptime for Command Center and Enterprise plans. Scheduled maintenance windows are communicated in advance. 6. Limitation of Liability: GridVolt Inc. shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the platform. 7. Termination: Either party may terminate the agreement with 30 days written notice. Upon termination, your data will be available for export for 90 days.
